Levels of Service
At StarCity, we realize that every customer’s relocation needs are unique. To meet the demands and budgets of our diverse moving clientele, we’ve come up with differing levels of service. StarCity’s three moving packages are based upon how involved you would like to be in your move:
Bronze Service
- The Bronze package is designed for individuals who want to be more actively involved in their their move.
- You pack your boxes and we’ll wrap and pack the furniture.
- If you have flexibility as to when you can move, take advantage of our special budget moving dates.
- With StarCity, you will enjoy one guaranteed, flat, not-to-exceed moving rate- no hidden fees or surprises.
- Gas, tolls, moving labor, the truck, basic disassembly and re-assembly, certificates of insurance (COI), moving equipment, travel time, etc., are all included in StarCity’s flat moving rate.
- Check out a wide variety of moving supplies at the StarCity online store.
Silver Service
- StarCity’s Silver Package is best suited for busier professionals who require expert packing services.
- StarCity packs some or all of your belongings, while you do the unpacking.
- We will carefully wrap and unwrap all furniture pieces, as well as place them wherever you would like at your new residence.
- We will hand-pick the appropriate number of boxes and supplies from our moving supply store and deliver them straight to your door at no aditional charge.
- Gas, tolls, travel time, moving labor, the truck, basic disassembly and re-assembly, certificates of insurance (COI), moving equipment (shrink wrap, moving pads, dollies, hand trucks etc) are all included in StarCity’s flat, binding, not-to-exceed rate.
Gold Service
- StarCity’s Gold package is a comprehensive service for clients who want to experience a truly customized and effortless relocation experience.
- A StarCity Relocation Expert will help you efficiently pre-plan your move.
- You won’t have to lift a finger- StarCity will pack and unpack your belongings with premium moving supplies.
- We will disassemble and re-assemble any piece of furniture you would like.
- All furniture pieces will be diligently wrapped and unwrapped and placed wherever you would like.
- StarCity will assist you in handpicking qualified housecleaners, licensed contractors, interior designers, etc.
- Full residence protection will be provided for- StarCity will arrange to have cushioning placed on doorways, corners, hallways, floors, elevators, etc. to fully protect your residences.
- We will furnish you with a detailed and photographed inventory of all of your belongings and a strategic layout to fit everything into your new residence.
- StarCity’s hand-picked movers, top notch trucks, premium moving supplies, full packing and unpacking, as well as disassembly and re-assembly, are all included in one all-inclusive flat rate.
